[LWVNM Action] correction to HB180/a discussion

To clarify, Dick was correct when he stated that the portion of SB180 which was under question was not an amendment. I apologize for incorrect information. The portion under discussion was part of the original bill, which the League supports. Apparently an amendment tag was added because the numbering scheme was changed in committee.
