[LWVNM Action] Explanation of Governor's Action on Tax Policy Bill

I attended a meeting today at which Jim O'Neill spoke. He's a former deputy
director of the Tax and Revenue division, now a private tax consultant. He
provided a written explanation of how the Governor's actions on the tax bill
affected it, and what is now tax law in NM. I am attaching it. I hope you
