I attended a meeting today at which Jim O’Neill spoke. He’s a former deputy director of the Tax and Revenue division, now a private tax consultant. He provided a written explanation of how the Governor’s actions on the tax bill affected it, and what is now tax law in NM. I am attaching it. I hope you find this as helpful as I did.
