[LWVNM Action] Savings in New Mexico because of the IRA negotiated Medicare pricing

This is great, I am collecting NM specific info about benefits from Biden's
legislation.  If you know of any other benefits (esp re climate change
initiatives and e-connect enhancements to rural communities, please send
