Lawmakers for second year kick ethics fixes down the road - New Mexico In Depth (nmindepth.com)

This was a priority for the League. Shame it got stuck in its last committee. 
Reminds me of a sign I saw at the UNM Law School. "No Ethics Today". It was a notice of the cancellation of a class, but it can be applied literally in other instances.
