[LWVNM Action] Press release on Governor's budget

Yes indeedy, the state will be on the hook for paying the Oil and Gas
producers for what they pollute!  2 million homes? Not now, not ever.

Produced water was what Aubrey Dunn (former Commissioner of State Lands)
warned us about in our last meeting with him.
