[LWVNM Action] Municipal & County Independent Redistricting Commissions

Nationally, many local and state Leagues are working on county & municipal IRCs. 
Santa Fe already has a municipal IRC - see attached.
Are any other local Leagues interested in working on one?
The LWVNM is working on legislation to study county redistricting, but local Leagues could work on IRCs for their counties.
