[LWVNM Action] Organizational Action Committee meeting Mon, Dec 9, 6pm

Hello, fellow LWVNM Action advocates!

We'll be having  our first, organizational Action Committee meeting on Mon, Dec 9, at 6pm, on Zoom. (Earlier calendars had it on Dec 5, but I have a conflict then.) Please mark your calendars.

This meeting has two purposes:
- to decide on our top legislative priorities for the 2025 session
- to pick the day and time for the weekly Action meetings during the session

We can also talk about general advocacy issues, like the Advocacy Workshop on Jan 4. Everyone is welcome. If you're thinking about trying to advocate for a bill but aren't sure where to start, we can help with that.

I've created a when2meet poll to get an idea of what days and times people are available. If you can't make the Dec 5 meeting and would prefer meetings on a different day, please fill out the poll if you can, and email me about upcoming bills or issues you think should be high priority in the session.

The Zoom link will be sent out closer to the event.
