[LWVNM Action] Legislative Tracking after April 8th

 Governor has until Friday to sign bills. Any bills not signed by then are "pocket vetoed" - vetoed without a message.
Friday is usually reserved for the money bills - budget. taxes, etc. These can be line item veotoed.
