[LWVNM Action] No pocket vetoes

It seems there were not any pocket vetoes (legislation that was not signed
by the April 11 deadline) by the Governor.

Maybe she was getting ahead of the 2026 ballot question that would ban
pocket vetoes. Pocket vetoes do not require that the Governor give a
message with her/his veto.
