Session Calendar - New Mexico Legislature
At the bottom of the listings for each chamber is a html listing. This gives you a listing of all the legislation being heard by committee, This has live links to the legislation.. The disadvantage is that it does not tell you how to participate.
The pdfs, whether for the whole chamber or for an individual committee, tell you how to participate.
If you are only interested in watching and not testifying you can use the Webcast button on the home page
