Three bills are on the Governor's desk. The Governor has 3 days to act on bills delivered with more than 3 days left in the session. This is to allow for overrides in case she vetoes a bill. It is believed the three bills on her desk have her support.
I have bolded other bills that have either passed one chamber or are on the floor of one chamber for a vote. Just a way of seeing what bills may be moving.
Some bills that are in HAFC or SFC are appropriation bills and may be in the budget or not.

Example SB2 - which is a companion bill to SB1 and 3 is listed as being in HAFC. The budget bill (HB2) has already passed the House, and we are told the appropriation in SB2 is in the budget.
The progress in the Legislature is commendable based on past Legislatures. Now that HB2 has passed the House you will see the floor session dealing with some of the more controversial legislation.
