[LWVNM Action] Cates library legislation/LWV

Greetings,

   This bill appears to refer to public libraries and not school 
libraries.  I found the following under "Citizen Rights" in the national 
priorities:

>>decision-making).

>>Individual Liberties - Oppose major threats to basic constitutional

>>
It appears freedom of information and freedom of speech would apply 
here.
