I just skimmed the housing doc, will read more.  I assume (I hope) she is
not talking about Federal land sales.  One of the items we discussed with
the SF city manager today was the enormous bureaucratic hurdles to getting
anything built in Santa Fe County.  The revised revamped, revolutionized,
whatever you want to call it Land Use Code rewrite is due to the City
Councilin July.  The manager is (somewhat) optimistic.  b But they still
have too any hoos to jump through, plus NIMBYism.  Judy
