[LWVNM Action] HB11CS PFML in SFC, 9:30 and HB12 ERPO in SHPAC 1:30

Please see the attached statement opposing the current version of HB11 from
the PFML coalition. SFC will hear from Chandler and Stewart. Trujillo may
propose a friendly amendment, which could save the legislation in this
final committee before it goes to the Senate floor.
HB12 ERPO should be able to pass this last committee before going to the
Senate floor.
