[LWVNM Action] HJM2 - Study Combining Standing & Interim Committees

This makes so much sense. Government, voting & elections does not have a real home in the interim. It is an afterthought to Courts, Corrections & Justice. There is a House Government. Elections & Indian Affairs Committee, but only an interim Indian Affairs Committee.
