[LWVNM Action] When to have a wrap-up meeting

Remind/correct me please about bills passing before the final three days
becoming law automatically if the governor fails to sign or send a message
back to the legislature. I can’t see what she did about SB36 Sensitive
information anywhere. I suspect that it became law quietly, given the GOP
outcry.
