[LWVNM Action] Bills are posted on nmlegis

Bills have been posted on nmlegis.gov (and you can track them on nmbilltracker.com if you click on "All Bills").

Health care bills that are likely to move (I hope): HB2 concerns ACA eligibility and possible premium subsidies, while SB1 covers grants for rural hospitals. SB3 covers vaccination rules.

There are also bills filed on medical malpractice (SB8) and interstate compacts (SB9), though I'm guessing that it's just a futile gesture and they won't go anywhere since the Democratic leadership is determined not to allow them. (Also, they're not covered in the Governor's proclamation, but neither are some of the issues in the bills that I hope will be moving.)
