The Legislative leadership have not agreed to include health care compacts.
The LWVNM has sent letters to the leadership asking that they include health care compacts 
The Governor will include them if the Legislative leadership agree.
Governor's message is expected tomorrow.

Issues expected in the Governor's message:   
   -    
Stabilize rural health care providers.

   -    
Protect access to affordable healthcare for New Mexicans who may be  impacted by  Medicaid cuts.

   -    
Invest in food assistance for children, seniors, and families in need.

   -    
Protect public broadcasting and ensure access to trusted information.

   -    
Support the Health Care Authority as it manages critical Medicaid changes.
