[LWVNM Action] The annual introduction of "dummy bills"

Legislation - New Mexico Legislature
For the newbies, dummy bills are the way legislators circumvent the deadline for introducing new legislation which was yesterday.
Initially they do not have content and there are instances where they have been heard in committees without any titles. 
The link above is to HB6 introduce by Speaker Martinez.  We should keep an eye on this, since it has a low number it could be a big bill.
