[LWVNM Action] SB264 and SB261 passed Senate Rules

SB264 - installs protections against federal interference in NM elections
SB261 - removes previous exemptions that allowed some people to carry firearms in or around polling places. Exception for law enforcement called by election officials.
You will have to look at the SRC Committee substitute (CS) for each bill.
