I should note that I did not include any tax credits we supported in this
list. The overall tax bills are already done and they are either in there
or not.

I got the number for the Microgrid Oversight Act wrong. It should be SB235,
not SB265

These are bills in our priority areas of: Voting, Elections & Ethics;
Environment; and Healthcare

HJR5 - on the Senate floor - would put the question on legislative salaries
on the 2026 ballot

HJR7 - In Senate Rules - Consideration of legislation in all sessions -
Would put the question of allowing all types of legislation to be
considered in the 30 day session.

SB40 - Driver Safety & Privacy Act - on the House floor - would bar
`license plate reader info from being shared

CS for SB261 - remove exemptions for firearms in polling places - Should be
on the House floor by this evening

CS for SB264 - Bar Federal intervention in NM Elections - In House Judiciary

SJR1 - School Election s Timing - would allow school elections to go on the
general election ballot - On the House floor
           If passed the  question would go on the 2026 baloot

SB265 - Microgrid Oversight Act - in House Judiciary

Under Health Care - I am not going to list the interstate compacts because
there is bipartisan support for almost all

SB14 - Health Professional Advisory Committee - The 25 million for loan
repayment for health professionals is already in the budget
           This would create an advisory committee to decide how it is
distributed. Should be on the House floor by this evening

SB21 - Medicare Supplement (Medigap) Open Enrollment - would create an open
enrollment period for Medigap enrollees to switch coverage.
