[LWVNM Action] Some healthcare tax credits in CS for SB151 - Bill in House Tax & Rev this morning

The CS for SB151 is in House Tax & Revenue this morning. Despite the title, this is the "tax package"
They could add more, like the Solar tax credit
The House committee will hear it and then send it to the House floor and then back to the Senate for "concurrence" with any changes the House committee made. 

Here are health care credits in the current bill
CREATING THE PHYSICIAN TAX CREDIT PURSUANT TO THE INCOME TAX ACT; PROVIDING A GROSS RECEIPTS TAX DEDUCTION FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MEDICATION DISPENSED BY HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER IN A PRACTICE SETTING;
