[LWVNM Action] Bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus introduces Congressional redistricting reform

Maybe so.  I keep hoping to hear someone will introduce a bill to reduce the number of signatures that independent voters need to qualify for the ballot, but there's not much incentive for lawmakers to do that.
