It's astonishing that this vote was not 9-0.  But here we are.  At least birthright citizenship stands for the moment.

Jody, if by "Alito's replacement" you are referring to NPR's announcement that he was retiring-- he's not.  Nina Totenberg messed up.  Alito isn't going anywhere (for good or ill).
