 Can the Midde Rio Grande run dry because of water owed to Texas under the Middle Rio Grande Compact? Let's find out what the state can do to avoid this possibility. How will water users be affected as more water has to be sent to Elephant Butte Reservoir? The NM Water Advocates has invited two experts to speak on this important topic.
