[Awclist] 2005 Annual waiver

For those of you who are ACA members - there is a new waiver form for 
2005. If you are a current ACA member, please print off a copy of the 
attached waiver form and send it in to AWC at POBox 3835  Alb NM  
87190-3835. When we have your annual waiver on file - you don't have to 
deal with them for every trip.

Please note that the top portion is for us elders and the bottom portion 
are for minor children - to be signed by the parent/guardian.
