[Awclist] Volunteers Needed to help hang Slalom Gates this weekend

Hey All, 

 

We are going to set the gates for the Slalom course this weekend, Saturday
April, 28. and really . . . . really . . . . really need some VOLUNTEERS
to help.

 

We have completely rebuilt the Slalom Gate set-up for this year --- new
suspension system, new gates and a new anchor point system along the bank
using climbing bolts, which should eliminate many of the frustrating
problems we have had in the past.

 

So far we have four volunteers --- we could use another six or eight. We
will BBQ lunch for all volunteers on Saturday, free camping is available
Saturday night at the TJ Bridge group pavilion, and there is talk of a fun
float on Sunday.
