[Awclist] Projector Use

When you are planning a presentation and want to use the club projector 
please be aware that I have seen some laptop computers that are not 
compatible with the projector.   So far I have seen this happen once 
with the ham radio club and once with a member of AWC.   Microdexterity 
bought the exact model projector that the club owns and both of them 
have the same issue with certain video cards.    We have used ours here 
at work with many different computers and very rarely have the problem 
occur.   

It is advisable to pick up the projector in plenty of time for you to 
check the compatibility of the video card you have in your laptop.   
This will save the panic and frustration of getting the presentation 
displayed properly at the moment of truth.

Also I will be away on business part of this month but the projector is
