GCPBA Newswire - Judge Orders RRFW Lawsuit Terminated

Judge David G. Campbell, US District Court, District of Arizona today
found in favor of the National Park Service in the case River Runners
For Wilderness, et al vs Alston et al (RRFW et al vs Alston et al).

The lawsuit sought to overturn the recently implemented 2006 Colorado
River Management Plan (CRMP) and order the Grand Canyon National Park
(GCNP) to revisit the plan and develop a new plan (CRMP).

Judge's Campbell's decision denies the RRFW Motion for a Summary
Judgement and orders the Clerk of the Court to "terminate this action."
