Good afternoon all.
Flows on the Rio Chama will be increasing to 800 cfs on Friday and
again dropping down on Sunday.
I have recently received questions on the timing of the releases. We
typically increase the flow out of El Vado around 10 a.m. on Friday.
That means the increased flow will reach the monestary about 4 or 5
hours later. We slow the release between 10 a.m. and noon on Sunday to
allow those in the river tol reach the take-out point.
