> Arkansas Valley Watershed is currently presented by conditions at  
> the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel.

> * "The Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel, owned and operated by the  
> Bureau of Reclamation, is experiencing a serious blockage. Behind  
> this blockage sits approximately 1 billion gallons of toxic acid and  
> metal-laden water, now almost 200 feet high. The resulting buildup
