[Awclist] Rio Chama Flows

Hello All.
Flows on the Rio Chama will be 700 cfs on Friday and Saturday. You can
expect some fluctuations in water levels Friday as we do some tests at
El Vado dam and release some extra water for periods in the morning.
Flows will be reduced significantly to about 400 cfs on Friday.
