[Awclist] ABQ Winter Pool Sessions; Winter & Spring Volunteers Needed

Dear AWC paddlers,

I need a few new volunteers to replace people who are moving away or no
longer able to help run the pool sessions. This is a great way to give
back to our community. We can't have pool sessions without volunteers!  I
need at least three new people to avoid having to ask folks to do it more
than once a season.

For winter, we normally have fewer people in attendance and need to
collect money in advance to pay the pool rental. We need at least 10
people at the members rate to make the pool rental ($40). I suggest that
we have pool sessions twice a month- first and third Wednesdays. That
would be Dec. 3 and 17 and Jan. 7 and 21. If there is enough demand we can
consider other dates. For each of these dates we need a volunteer to run
the session and 10 people to commit to pay by Nov. 30.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP BUT NO LATER THAN 11/30 IF YOU WANT TO COME TO THE
POOL IN DEC AND JAN!!

Regular weekly sessions would resume Feb. 4.
