[Awclist] Main Salmon Trip

I received an email ast night from a boater with a Main Salmon permit
looking for people to join him. Below are the 2 emails I have received with
all the info. Hope to see some of you on the trip.

I have no way of knowing if you're still involved with adobe because the
website says your term expired 12/08.  However, since you are/were the trips
contact/coordinator, and once a boater, always...

I've been an on/off, mostly off, adobe member, and since I'm off these days,
I have no way to get the word out to possibly interested boaters that I have
a September 4 launch date on the Main Salmon and am looking for boaters to
join the trip. The drop dead date for me to confirm is August 7.

The usual put-in/take-out for the Main are Cache Bar/Vinegar Cr boat ramps.
 That's ~84 miles, 6 or 7 days at lower water.  I was on a early Sept trip
in the late 90's; big, sandy beaches and lots of yellow jackets (time of
year thing?). and it was perfect,  It was also my first trip in several
years (rotator cuff surgery) and I do not recall the class IVs, big mallard
and elkhorn, as being too formidable.

I just got the permit a couple of weeks ago and at this point, it's me, my
14' raft, and a inflatable kayaker committed, and a maybe on another raft
and 2 people.

Max trip length 8 days w/ 1-10 people, 7 days w/ 11-20 people.  I'd like to
keep the group to no more than 15 people w/ a raft for each 3-4 total
people, depending on raft passengers and kayakers.  For me, I'll carry my
share of the trip supplies/equip (kitchen, food, groover,...), and my + 2
people's gear w/ a passenger or my + 3 peoples gear w/ no passenger.

The fees are $4/per/day, 6 days $24/per, 7 days; $28/per ($2/per/day golden
age/access pass).  I need to have the fees paid (received by the FS) by 8/14
so I need confirmation by 8/7.

I think that covers everything.
