[Awclist] upcoming paddling events August 20-22

The Heron Lake Paddle fest is August 20-22.

I did this a couple of years ago and it was awesome fun. They didn't do 
it last year
but it is back and looks to offer more than the first year! Mostly 
focusing around Sea
Kayaking and Recreational Boating, I believe the clinics are free and it 
is a good way
to hook up with local paddlers and clarify policy for paddle sport 
regulations in NM!
