[Awclist] Rio Chama Flows

Good morning all. I know our rafting flows and rafting reports don't officially start until the Memorial Day weekend, but I wanted to share some important information for this weekend. We will be cutting our flows down to between 200 cfs and 300 cfs today. We have no more room for storage of San Juan-Chama water at Abiquiu Reservoir at the moment and have finally come out of Article VII restrictions under the Rio Grande compact, so we are now allowed to store in El Vado. So, we are trying to store up as much of the remainder of the snowpack as we can. Please bare with us through the next couple of weeks and we'll do our best to get flows back up for the Memorial Day weekend.
