[Awclist] POOL STATUS REPORT

Hi  Everyone,

This is the weekly status report  on the move of the AWC Roll Sessions to
the KAFB Pool.

 

What we accomplished THIIS WEEK:

1.       Sent out an orientation sheet for the use of the pool at KAFB

2.       Opened up an electronic base access sign up roster

3.       Sign up roster will remain open until Sunday evening for this
cycle. Late Sunday evening (Feb 7) we will close the sign up roster and run
a report with the information you all have provided in order to get your
names on the base access list.

 

What we are going to be working on NEXT WEEK:

 

1.       Monday (Feb 8) I will give John the roster.

2.       John will then begin the work of moving the list through the
security process on base.

3.       During the week we also have some finishing work to be done between
ODR and AWC ..but we are getting  close.

4.       During the coming week the new AWC  web site will be published for
the first time. If you missed any of the information on the pool it will be
on the web site under "ROLL SESSIONS"
