There is a below average snowpack in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico and a low and early runoff is expected. The presentation will cover the process for determining the plan for water operations. It will include a review of the 2011 water predictions, what actually happened, storage and release. The presenters will then explain the 2012 water forecast, potential for storage and release and impacts to water-related recreation.
