Why so? I was under the impression that you always had to have a permit
whether or not you got one in the initial draw.
You can call in for canceled or unused permits so how does Friday figure
into that picture?

If u don't draw a permit you can't launch on a Friday, so I would say
better to gear higher flows around non holiday weekends.

SARA and all: Thanks for responding. A couple of questions: Would it make
sense that these 3 weekend would aim toward 3 day holidays (Memorial Day,
4th of July, Labor Day) or avoid them? What about the idea of encouraging
more weekday trips? Is that impractical for most ABQ boaters?
