[Awclist] Meeting: Rio Chama Recreational Hydrograph

You're invited to help set the day and time in mid-February (Pilar,  
NM), for a meeting of anglers and whitewater boaters seeking to  
establish consensus on a recommended hydrograph to accommodate  
recreational activities on the Rio Chama Wild and Scenic River.  This  
is part of the Rio Chama Flow Optimization Project, whose aim is to  
balance river ecology, recreation, hydropower and more traditional uses.
