[Awclist] Save the Date: Rio Chama Recreational Flows

  Mark your calendars for the Rio Chama Recreationist meeting:  10:00  
am February 22 at BLM's Pilar Visitor Center for a meeting of anglers  
and whitewater boaters. The goal to establish consensus on a  
recommended hydrograph to accommodate recreational activities on the  
Rio Chama Wild and Scenic River.  This is part of the Rio Chama Flow  
Optimization Project, whose aim is to balance river ecology,  
recreation, hydropower and more traditional uses.
