It is that time of the year again.  This Saturday is the annual river 
clean up.  You should register with rei.com/Albuquerque registered 
volunteers get an afternoon meal.

I could not get hold of KAFB outdoor rec or the City. The best bet is to 
stop by Central and the river around 7:30 when the KAFB group is getting 
passengers for their rafts.  You should be able to coordinate with both 
them and the city for access at Montano and transport back up from Central.
