Hello Adobe Whitewater Club,

ACA members can join the ACA and high quality outfitters on an 
incredible backcountry paddling excursion to one of these exciting 
locations.  A percentage of each registration fee goes directly to 
support the on-going efforts of the ACA on behalf of all paddlers to 
fulfill our mission of Education, Stewardship, Recreation & Competition.

ACA staff, Chris Stec will be joined by Black Dog Paddle owner Bryan 
Smith to lead this unique paddleboard adventure exploring Lake Fontana 
and paddling classic southeast whitewater.

On Day 1 Chris & Bryan will hold a stroke and skills clinic to ensure 
everyone is on the same page.  Days 1-3 you'll spend your days stand up 
paddleboarding on beautiful Lake Fontana.  Days 4 & 5 will be spent 
learning the art of whitewater SUP on the Tuckaseegee and other rivers. 
  SUP equipment will be provided, or you may bring your own.

The beautiful Greek Island of Poros is located in the Saronic Gulf 
region of Greece approximately 32 miles south west of Athens.  It is an 
unspoiled traditional Greek island and early September is one of the 
best times of year to visit.  This exclusive week for ACA members will 
provide exciting opportunities for sea kayaking, bicycle trips, Greek 
cultural activities, and other fun outings.

The paddling excursions are led by Brian Gibbons and ACA certified 
Coastal Kayaking instructors.  The paddling excursions are suitable for 
all levels of experience and include opportunities to snorkel, visit 
ashore, swim and soak up the atmosphere of the clear blue warm waters of 
the Mediterranean Sea.  Online registration is not yet open.

The ACA is excited to announce that we have partnered with Kayak 
Adventures Worldwide, the Bear Paw Lodge, and ACA ITE Tom Nickels to 
bring you a members only sea kayaking adventure to Alaska!  This "Teach 
and Trek Journey" will not only involve paddling skills, methods of 
instruction, navigation, etc... it will also include 4 separate day 
trips to Resurrection Bay.

classic Costa Rica Week of Rivers for 2013.  8 days of all inclusive 
whitewater river tour of Costa Rica!  Costa Rica Rios will provide all 
logistics of your stay including transportation, accommodations, meals, 
equipment, river entrance fees, and bilingual guides.  Costa Rica Rios
