[Awclist] Rio Chama Flows

Hello Everyone.
I promised an update on Rio Chama flows when things were going to change
drastically, and they are. We have cut back the release from El Vado (which
has varied in the last month from 600 to 1000 cfs.) The release is down to
about 350 cfs at the moment. We will be bumping that release up to 600 cfs
on the morning of Wednesday July 3. So, the release will be up around 600
cfs from Wednesday morning through Sunday morning, when it will be cut
back. Since the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District and many of those
with water have already moved all they have out of Heron and El Vado, we
will now be going to the weekend flows. After this long weekend, we will
start bumping up the releases on Friday mornings to around 600 cfs and
decreasing them on Sunday mornings.
