March  12 Program:

"Planning and organizing a multi-day raft trip...some areas for beginners to
focus on"

presented by Bob and Sarah McMahon

Now that permits are in and you are standing there wondering what to do next
- here is some help and fun.

Even if you have planned trips before you will find this a lively and
energetic presentation. Hope to see you all there.

AWC welcomes guests and the return of old members - pass this on to a
boating friend.

In the upcoming months we would like to have programs on:

*	knots to use on the river - a bit of hands-on w/ the ropes
*	Safety on the river
*	Lesser known rivers
*	seakayking in Alaska and other Alaskan River options
*	Canoeing in Boundary Waters
*	Packing your Raft, kayak, canoe, IK for self support short or long
trips

With each meeting we would like to show a short slide show of a river trip.
Additionally we would like to include some Dutch Oven Recipes
        or just your favorite river recipe/menu to use on your trips
None of the above is written in stone and we are open to other topics.
If you have a date in mind that works give us a call:
