[NMCycling] Hiway 6 adventures

To be sure,  "disorganized" Christmas Eve rides will occur throughout the day/night.  Never too cold, we just use anti-freeze/painkiller.
A midnight New Years Eve ride to the Crest & rodeo sex are just a couple of rides we ARE now getting too old for.....
Is that birthday party going to be a post-hour record roast?

I haven't been out there in a while, but I think there's still a gas station with limited food and drinks on Highway 6 about 3 miles before you get to I40. It may have closed, they seemed to have had some difficulty a few years ago. If it's closed the next place is where you get off the freeway, at the Route 66 Casino near the Rio Puerco (there's a gas station on the north side so you don't have to go to the casino).
