[NMCycling] Woman who killed bicyclist in trouble again

I love this city, but there is clearly a problem with hitting and killing cyclists. I see so many people on phones and texting--this is illegal in many other places. We need to lobby for harsh laws and raise public awareness. Thank you for all that you do in this regard, Jennifer.
