[NMCycling] Dogs on the Valles Caldera

Please be advised that the policy on dogs at the Valles Caldera is very similar to that of National Parks.  While the paragraph Dave notes is correct, the parking lot and surrounding trails it references is a very limited area.  Most importantly, the staging area it references is the small area around the visitor center NOT the race staging area, 3 miles away.  Please leave you dogs behind for this race.
