[NMCycling] TNMTB course change due to Forest Closure

Evidently the Sandia Ranger District will close on Monday 6-30-14 :-( 
So, we will do the Tuesday MTB thing scheduled for 7-1 at Roosevelt in Tijeras instead of at Doc Long.  
The Sunday Circuit will stay at Ellis Trailhead, with the exact course to be determined.
